Tallassee Tigers (Tallassee, AL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Alabama Christian Academy Eagles (Montgomery, AL), 47-40 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Tallassee upgrades its record to 7-3 on the season. The Tigers host Bullock County (Union Springs, AL) to play the Hornets in a non-league bout on Monday, December 11. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 4-5. Bullock County won 75-72 in their recent non-league bout against Charles Henderson (Troy, AL)

Next up, the Eagles play the Elmore County Panthers (Eclectic, AL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Alabama Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record.
