Gibsland-Coleman Bulldogs (Gibsland, LA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Arcadia Hornets (Arcadia, LA), 68-63 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Gibsland-Coleman upgrades its record to 7-3 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Ringgold (Ringgold, LA) to play the Redskins in a non-league bout on Monday, December 11. The Redskins go into the bout with a record of 8-3. Ringgold lost 42-28 in their recent non-league bout against Southwood (Shreveport, LA)

Next up, the Hornets play the Ruston Bearcats (Ruston, LA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 11. Arcadia will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record. The Bearcats go into the bout with a 1-6 record after their 50-40 non-league loss to Capitol (Baton Rouge, LA).
