The AuSable Valley Patriots (Clintonville, NY) basketball knocked off the host Willsboro Central Warriors (Willsboro, NY), 56-44 in Friday's non-league test.

The Patriots (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Saranac Lake (Saranac Lake, NY). The Red Storm go into the Section 7 Champlain Valley II test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Saranac Lake went down by Franklin Academy (Malone, NY), 47-43, in a non-league test.

The Warriors now own a 3-1 record. They play next when they host Boquet Valley for a Section 7 Mountain Valley test on Tuesday, December 12. Willsboro Central will encounter a Griffins squad coming off a 62-32 league win over Chazy (Chazy, NY). The Griffins record now stands at 3-0.
