The Ballard Bombers basketball team scored 39 points and restricted the visiting Boone Toreadors to 29 in the Bombers league victory on Friday.

The Bombers now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Carlisle for a Raccoon River contest on Tuesday, December 12. Ballard will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 57-42 league loss to Winterset (Winterset, IA). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-4.

The Toreadors (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Bondurant-Farrar (Bondurant, IA). The Bluejays come into the Raccoon River contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Bondurant-Farrar was defeated by A-D-M (Adel, IA), 61-54, in a league contest.
