The Brookfield Bulldogs basketball team scored 43 points and restricted the visiting Knox County Eagles to 35 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Friday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Penney for a non-league contest on Monday, December 11. Brookfield will battle a Hornets team coming off a 65-46 league loss to Mid-Buchanan (Faucett, MO). The Hornets record now stands at 2-2.

The Eagles (0-6) will now prepare for their contest against Salisbury (Salisbury, MO). The Panthers come into the Lewis & Clark contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Salisbury was defeated by Hallsville (Hallsville, MO), 67-50, in a non-league contest.
