The Wilson Warriors basketball team (Florence, AL), was routed 65-25 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Brooks Lions (Killen, AL)
The Lions now sport a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sheffield for a non-league battle on Monday, December 11. Brooks will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 62-38 non-league loss to Pearl-Cohn (Nashville, TN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-5.
The Warriors (5-8) will now prepare for their battle against Deshler (Tuscumbia, AL). The Tigers come into the 4A Area 16 battle with a 2-6 record. In their last battle, Deshler trounced Central (Florence, AL), 56-40, in a league battle.
