The Mineola Yellowjackets basketball team scored 66 points and held the visiting Bullard Panthers to 50 in the Yellowjackets non-league triumph on Friday.

The Yellowjackets now sport a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Anna for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 9. Mineola will meet a Coyotes team coming off a 51-40 non-league loss to Van (Van, TX). The Coyotes record now stands at 5-5.

The Panthers (7-6) will now prepare for their contest against Henderson (Henderson, TX). The Lions enter the non-league contest with a 1-12 record. In their last contest, Henderson was outscored by Community (Nevada, TX), 61-47, in a non-league contest.
