George Stevens Academy Eagles (Blue Hill, ME) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Central Red Devils (East Corinth, ME), 95-39 in a league bout.

With the win, George Stevens Academy upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Eagles host Bucksport (Bucksport, ME) to clash with the Golden Bucks in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Golden Bucks go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Bucksport lost 75-38 in their recent league bout against Ellsworth (Ellsworth, ME)

Next up, the Red Devils clash with the Mattanawcook Lynx (Lincoln, ME) in a C North bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Central will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
