Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Century Panthers (Rochester, MN) and the visiting Winona Winhawks (Winona, MN), saw Century's basketball squad overcome Winona by a tally of 73-54.
With the victory, Century improves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to John Marshall (Rochester, MN) to play the Rockets in a AAAA Section 1 challenge on Tuesday, December 12. The Rockets come into the challenge with a record of 2-0. John Marshall won 67-51 in their recent non-league challenge against Austin (Austin, MN)
Next up, the Winhawks play the Albert Lea Tigers (Albert Lea, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 15. Winona will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record.
