Don Bosco Dons (Gilbertville, IA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Tripoli Panthers (Tripoli, IA), 47-19 in a league bout.
With the win, Don Bosco upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Dons travel to Riceville (Riceville, IA) to clash with the Wildcats in a Iowa Star bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 0-4. Riceville lost 76-38 in their recent league bout against Dunkerton (Dunkerton, IA)
Next up, the Panthers clash with the Clarksville Indians (Clarksville, IA) in a Iowa Star bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Tripoli will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 0-4 record after their 77-72 non-league loss to Waterloo Christian (Waterloo, IA).
