North Carolina High School Basketball - Patton trounces Draughn

The Patton Panthers (Morganton, NC) basketball crushed the host Draughn Wildcats (Valdese, NC), 69-41 in Friday's non-league test.

The Panthers (7-0) will now prepare for their test against Bandys (Catawba, NC). The Trojans go into the non-league test with a 6-0 record. In their last test, Bandys walloped Foard (Newton, NC), 75-57, in a non-league test.

The Wildcats now own a 0-5 record. They play next when they host East Burke for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 12. Draughn will encounter a Cavaliers squad coming off a 57-32 non-league loss to Freedom (Morganton, NC). The Cavaliers record now stands at 1-5.
