Maine High School Basketball - Oxford Hills can't hold off Edward Little

The Edward Little Red Eddies basketball team scored 46 points and held the host Oxford Hills Vikings to 39 in the Red Eddies league triumph on Friday.
The Red Eddies now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mt. Blue for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 12. Edward Little will battle a Cougars team coming off a 48-35 league win over Nokomis (Newport, ME). The Cougars record now stands at 1-0.
The Vikings (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Cheverus (Portland, ME). The Stags enter the AA North contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Cheverus nudged Bonny Eagle (Standish, ME), 51-42, in a non-league contest.
