The Goliad Tigers (Goliad, TX) basketball knocked off the visiting Falls City Beavers (Falls City, TX), 39-31 in Friday's non-league test.
The Tigers (10-2) will now prepare for their test against Yorktown (Yorktown, TX). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 2-4 record. In their last test, Yorktown went down by Falls City (Falls City, TX), 43-28, in a non-league test.
The Beavers now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Poteet for a non-league test on Saturday, December 9.
