Fleming County Panthers (Flemingsburg, KY) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Menifee County Wildcats (Frenchburg, KY), 82-60 in a league bout.

With the victory, Fleming County upgrades its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Panthers host Scott (Covington, KY) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 9. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 3-1. Scott won 71-31 in their recent non-league bout against Beechwood (Fort Mitchell, KY)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Rowan County Vikings (Morehead, KY) in a District 61 bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Menifee County will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Vikings come into the bout with a 4-2 record after their 71-69 non-league loss to Christian County (Hopkinsville, KY).
