North Carolina High School Basketball - Metrolina Christian Academy trounced by Gaston Christian

December 8, 2023: Indian Trail, NC 28079

The Gaston Christian Eagles routed the host Metrolina Christian Academy Warriors basketball team by a final score of 64-38 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Eagles face the Rabun Gap-Nacoochee Eagles (Rabun Gap, GA) in a non-league game, on Friday, December 15. Gaston Christian will attempt to move on its 7-5 season record.

With the defeat, Metrolina Christian Academy moves to 3-5 on the year. The Warriors travel to South Charlotte Thunder (Matthews, NC) to face the Thunder in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 12. The Thunder enter the game with a record of 5-5. South Charlotte Thunder lost 68-67 in their recent league game against Forsyth Home Educators (Winston-Salem, NC)
