Ohio High School Basketball - Lakota overwhelmed by Gibsonburg

The Gibsonburg Golden Bears basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the host Lakota Raiders to 33 in the Golden Bears league victory on Friday.

The Golden Bears now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host New Riegel for a Sandusky Bay - River contest on Thursday, December 14. Gibsonburg will battle a Blue Jackets team coming off a 80-37 league win over Danbury (Lakeside, OH). The Blue Jackets record now stands at 2-0.

The Raiders (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Hopewell-Loudon (Bascom, OH). The Chieftains come into the Sandusky Bay - River contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Hopewell-Loudon was routed by Calvert (Tiffin, OH), 38-24, in a league contest.
