The Hoover Vikings basketball team (North Canton, OH), was nudged 46-43 in Friday's league battle with the host McKinley Bulldogs (Canton, OH)

The Bulldogs now possess a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dover for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 9. McKinley will confront a Crimson Tornadoes team coming off a 42-38 non-league win over Hiland (Berlin, OH). The Crimson Tornadoes record now stands at 3-0.

The Vikings (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Jackson (Massillon, OH). The Polar Bears come into the Federal battle with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, Jackson edged Green (Uniontown, OH), 70-65, in a league battle.
