Jackson North Side Indians (Jackson, TN) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Liberty Tech Magnet Crusaders (Jackson, TN), 66-65 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Jackson North Side upgrades its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Indians travel to iSchool of Lewisville (Lewisville, TX) to play the Cougar in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 9. The Cougar come into the bout with a record of 4-3. iSchool of Lewisville lost 53-43 in their recent non-league bout against Orlando Christian Prep (Orlando, FL)

Next up, the Crusaders play the Lexington Tigers (Lexington, TN) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Liberty Tech Magnet will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record.
