Providence Christian Eagles (Dothan, AL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Long Rebels (Skipperville, AL), 58-28 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Providence Christian upgrades its record to 7-1 on the season. The Eagles host Shorecrest Prep (St. Petersburg, FL) to clash with the Chargers in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 9. The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 2-0. Shorecrest Prep won 55-31 in their recent non-league bout against Canterbury (St. Petersburg, FL)

Next up, the Rebels clash with the Northside Methodist Academy Knights (Dothan, AL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 11. Long will attempt to upgrade on its 8-4 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 9-2 record after their 53-51 non-league loss to Kinston (Kinston, AL).
