Georgia High School Basketball - Taylor County falls to Macon County

December 8, 2023: Butler, GA 31006

In Friday's league match, the visiting Macon County Bulldogs basketball team scored a good 72-52 triumph over the Taylor County Vikings.

In their next game, the Bulldogs meet the Christian Heritage Lions (Dalton, GA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, December 9. Macon County will attempt to better on its 5-1 season record. The Lions enter the match with a 5-0 record after their 64-58 non-league win over St. Anne-Pacelli (Columbus, GA).

With the defeat, Taylor County moves to 4-2 on the year. The Vikings travel to Wilkinson County (Irwinton, GA) to meet the Warriors in a non-league match on Saturday, December 9. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 0-5. Wilkinson County lost 70-51 in their recent non-league match against Dublin (Dublin, GA)
