The Port Byron Panthers (Port Byron, NY) basketball crushed the visiting Manlius Pebble Hill Trojans (Syracuse, NY), 78-37 in Friday's non-league test.
The Panthers (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Cato-Meridian (Cato, NY). The Blue Devils go into the Section 3 Onondaga - Patriot National test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Cato-Meridian was trounced by Union Springs (Union Springs, NY), 61-59, in a non-league test.
The Trojans now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Faith Heritage for a Section 3 Onondaga - Patriot American test on Wednesday, December 13. Manlius Pebble Hill will encounter a Saints squad coming off a 56-43 non-league win over Onondaga (Nedrow, NY). The Saints record now stands at 4-0.
