The Minatare Indians (Minatare, NE) basketball nipped the visiting Sioux County Warriors (Harrison, NE), 53-49 in Friday's non-league test.

The Indians (2-1) will now prepare for their test against Guernsey-Sunrise (Guernsey, WY). The Vikings go into the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Guernsey-Sunrise was tipped by Southeast (Yoder, WY), 44-28, in a league test.

The Warriors now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Niobrara County for a non-league test on Saturday, December 16.
