Peachtree Ridge Lions (Suwanee, GA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Mountain View Bears (Lawrenceville, GA), 62-59 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Peachtree Ridge upgrades its record to 5-4 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Coral Springs (Coral Springs, FL) to play the Colts in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 16. The Colts come into the bout with a record of 3-2.

Next up, the Bears play the Discovery Titans (Lawrenceville, GA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Mountain View will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Titans come into the bout with a 2-7 record after their 52-49 non-league loss to Apalachee (Winder, GA).
