Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the North Eugene Highlanders (Eugene, OR) and the visiting North Medford Black Tornado (Medford, OR), saw North Eugene's basketball squad wallop North Medford by a count of 73-50.

With the victory, North Eugene upgrades its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Highlanders travel to Philomath (Philomath, OR) to play the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 9. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 2-1. Philomath won 78-28 in their recent non-league challenge against Pendleton (Pendleton, OR)
