Florida High School Basketball - The First Academy falls to Windermere Prep

December 8, 2023: Windermere, FL 34786

In Friday's league match, the host Windermere Prep Lakers basketball team scored a good 67-55 triumph over the The First Academy Royals.

In their next game, the Lakers meet the The Villages Charter Buffalo (The Villages, FL) in a non-league match, on Saturday, December 9. Windermere Prep will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record. The Buffalo enter the match with a 3-3 record after their 79-30 non-league win over Bell Creek Academy (Riverview, FL).

With the defeat, The First Academy moves to 1-3 on the year. The Royals travel to West Orange (Winter Garden, FL) to meet the Warriors in a non-league match on Saturday, December 9. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 1-5. West Orange lost 65-40 in their recent non-league match against Ocoee (Ocoee, FL)
