North Carolina High School Basketball - Wilkes Central trounces West Iredell

The Wilkes Central Eagles (Wilkesboro, NC) basketball crushed the host West Iredell Warriors (Statesville, NC), 81-46 in Friday's non-league test.

The Eagles (5-0) will now prepare for their test against Bunker Hill (Claremont, NC). The Bears go into the non-league test with a 0-4 record. In their last test, Bunker Hill was trounced by St. Stephens (Hickory, NC), 61-60, in a non-league test.

The Warriors now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Bunker Hill for a non-league test on Wednesday, December 13.
