The Beecher Buccaneers basketball team (Flint, MI), was overwhelmed 53-10 in Friday's league battle with the host Genesee Christian Soldiers (Burton, MI)
The Soldiers now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Milford for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 9. Genesee Christian will confront a Mavericks team coming off a 49-11 league win over Mott (Waterford, MI). The Mavericks record now stands at 2-0.
The Buccaneers (0-2) will now prepare for their battle against Bentley (Burton, MI). The Bulldogs come into the Genesee Area - Red battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Bentley was overwhelmed by Bendle (Burton, MI), 58-0, in a league battle.
