Illinois High School Basketball - Berwyn/Cicero Morton holds off Willowbrook

Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Berwyn/Cicero Morton Mustangs (Cicero, IL) and the visiting Willowbrook Warriors (Villa Park, IL), saw Berwyn/Cicero Morton's basketball squad hold off Willowbrook by a tally of 54-51.

With the victory, Berwyn/Cicero Morton improves its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Downers Grove South (Downers Grove, IL) to confront the Mustangs in a West Suburban - Gold challenge on Tuesday, December 12. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 5-5. Downers Grove South won 29-24 in their recent league challenge against Hinsdale South (Darien, IL)

Next up, the Warriors confront the Waubonsie Valley Warriors (Aurora, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 12. Willowbrook will attempt to improve on its 3-6 season record.
