South Carolina High School Basketball - Greer tipped by Blue Ridge

The Blue Ridge Fighting Tigers basketball team scored 51 points and held the visiting Greer Yellow Jackets to 50 in the Fighting Tigers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Fighting Tigers now sport a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Joseph's Catholic for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 12. Blue Ridge will meet a Knights team coming off a 50-36 non-league win over Cross Schools (Bluffton, SC). The Knights record now stands at 6-3.

The Yellow Jackets (3-4) will now prepare for their contest against Berea (Greenville, SC). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Berea was nudged by Travelers Rest (Travelers Rest, SC), 51-24, in a non-league bout.
