The Carlisle County Comets (Bardwell, KY) basketball crushed the host Hickman County Falcons (Clinton, KY), 53-20 in Friday's league test.
The Comets (3-1) will now prepare for their test against Massac County (Metropolis, IL). The Patriots go into the non-league test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, Massac County walloped Vienna (Vienna, IL), 61-59, in a non-league test.
The Falcons now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Ballard Memorial for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 12. Hickman County will encounter a Bombers squad coming off a 50-43 non-league loss to Meridian (Mounds, IL). The Bombers record now stands at 3-1.
