The Marquette Manor Baptist Academy Minutemen (Downers Grove, IL) basketball nipped the host Cathedral Baptist Crusaders (Rockford, IL), 28-25 in Friday's non-league test.
The Minutemen (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Families of Faith Christian Academy (Channahon, IL). The Screaming Eagles go into the non-league test with a 6-4 record. In their last test, Families of Faith Christian Academy was tipped by Parkview Christian Academy (Yorkville, IL), 69-52, in a league test.
The Crusaders now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Marquette Manor Baptist Academy for a non-league test on Friday, January 19.
