Ohio High School Basketball - Centennial crushes East

December 8, 2023: Columbus, OH 43220

Centennial Stars (Columbus, OH) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting East Tigers (Columbus, OH), 71-27 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Centennial upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Stars host Beechcroft (Columbus, OH) to play the Cougars in a Columbus City - North bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 2-2. Beechcroft won 46-18 in their recent league bout against Northland (Columbus, OH)

Next up, the Tigers play the Whetstone Braves (Columbus, OH) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 12. East will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Braves go into the bout with a 0-3 record after their 50-29 non-league loss to Linden-McKinley (Columbus, OH).
