Tennessee High School Basketball - Community nipped by Macon County

The Macon County Tigers tipped the visiting Community Vikings/Viqueens basketball team by a final score of 35-31 in Friday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Tigers face the Jackson County Blue Devils (Gainesboro, TN) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, December 12. Macon County will attempt to move on its 5-2 season record. The Blue Devils enter the game with a 6-2 record after their 45-39 non-league loss to Red Boiling Springs (Red Boiling Springs, TN).

With the defeat, Community moves to 3-6 on the year. The Vikings/viqueens travel to Richland (Lynnville, TN) to battle the Raiders in a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 12. The Raiders come into the battle with a record of 5-1. Richland lost 66-43 in their recent non-league battle against Loretto (Loretto, TN)
