The West Rowan Falcons routed the visiting East Rowan Mustangs basketball team by a final score of 79-22 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Falcons face the Carson Cougars (China Grove, NC) in a 3A South Piedmont game, on Friday, December 15. West Rowan will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record. The Cougars enter the game with a 0-5 record after their 45-24 league loss to Central Cabarrus (Concord, NC).

With the defeat, East Rowan moves to 3-3 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Robinson (Concord, NC) to face the Bulldogs in a 3A South Piedmont game on Friday, December 15. The Bulldogs enter the game with a record of 4-1. Robinson won 73-31 in their recent league game against South Rowan (China Grove, NC)
