North Carolina High School Basketball - Fuquay - Varina overwhelmed by Willow Spring

December 8, 2023: Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526

The Willow Spring Storm basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the host Fuquay - Varina Bengals to 22 in the Storm league victory on Friday.

The Storm now sport a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clayton for a 4A Greater Neuse River contest on Friday, December 15.

The Bengals (1-6) will now prepare for their contest against Athens Drive (Raleigh, NC). The Jaguars come into the non-league contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, Athens Drive was routed by Green Level (Cary, NC), 49-39, in a non-league contest.
