South Carolina High School Basketball - Gaffney crushes Union County

December 8, 2023: Gaffney, SC 29341

Gaffney Indians (Gaffney, SC) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Union County Yellowjackets (Union, SC), 101-16 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Gaffney upgrades its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Indians host J.L. Mann (Greenville, SC) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Patriots come into the bout with a record of 5-2. J.L. Mann won 59-33 in their recent non-league bout against Greenville (Greenville, SC)

Next up, the Yellowjackets play the Boiling Springs Bulldogs (Spartanburg, SC) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 11. Union County will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 3-3 record after their 65-39 non-league win over Union County (Union, SC).
