Ovid-Elsie Marauders (Elsie, MI) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Lakeville Falcons (Otisville, MI), 63-20 in a league bout.

With the victory, Ovid-Elsie upgrades its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Marauders travel to Hill-McCloy (Montrose, MI) to play the Rams in a Mid-Michigan bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Rams come into the bout with a record of 1-1. Hill-McCloy lost 66-22 in their recent league bout against New Lothrop (New Lothrop, MI)

Next up, the Falcons play the Chesaning Indians (Chesaning, MI) in a Mid-Michigan bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Lakeville will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Indians come into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 56-33 league loss to Durand (Durand, MI).
