In Friday's league outing, the MFL MarMac Bulldogs (Monona, IA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Postville Pirates (Postville, IA), by a margin of 55-17.

The Bulldogs (4-2) will now prepare for their outing against West Central (Maynard, IA). The Blue Devils go into the Upper Iowa outing with a 1-4 record. In their last outing, West Central was trounced by Central (Elkader, IA), 49-7, in a league outing.

The Pirates now own a 1-5 record. They play next when they travel to Spring Grove for a non-league outing on Saturday, December 9. Postville will clash with a Lions squad coming off a 52-44 league win over Kingsland (Spring Valley, MN). The Lions record now stands at 2-1.
