California High School Basketball - Verdugo Hills ripped by Poly

In Friday's league match, the host Poly Parrots basketball team scored a decisive 52-29 triumph over the Verdugo Hills Dons.

In their next game, the Parrots meet the St. Mary's Academy Belles (Inglewood, CA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, December 9. Poly will attempt to better on its 3-0 season record. The Belles enter the match with a 6-3 record after their 52-46 non-league win over Crenshaw (Los Angeles, CA).

With the defeat, Verdugo Hills moves to 4-4 on the year. The Dons travel to Simi Valley (Simi Valley, CA) to meet the Pioneers in a non-league match on Saturday, December 9.
