The Bandys Trojans (Catawba, NC) basketball knocked off the host Foard Tigers (Newton, NC), 31-13 in Friday's non-league test.
The Trojans (4-1) will now prepare for their test against Patton (Morganton, NC). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 0-5 record. In their last test, Patton went down by Draughn (Valdese, NC), 39-24, in a non-league test.
The Tigers now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they host West Lincoln for a non-league test on Wednesday, December 13. Foard will encounter a Rebels squad coming off a 36-7 non-league win over North Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC). The Rebels record now stands at 2-1.
