The Buckingham Knights (Buckingham, VA) basketball crushed the visiting Lunenburg Central Chargers (Victoria, VA), 49-10 in Friday's non-league test.
The Knights (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Fluvanna County (Palmyra, VA). The Flying Flucos go into the non-league test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Fluvanna County was trounced by Louisa County (Mineral, VA), 47-18, in a non-league test.
The Chargers now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Prince Edward County for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 12. Lunenburg Central will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 52-16 non-league win over Heritage (Lynchburg, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 2-0.
