Southwest Onslow Stallions (Jacksonville, NC) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Richlands Wildcats (Richlands, NC), 37-17 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Southwest Onslow upgrades its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Stallions travel to West Carteret (Morehead City, NC) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Monday, December 11. The Patriots come into the bout with a record of 0-3. West Carteret lost 32-11 in their recent non-league bout against Kinston (Kinston, NC)

Next up, the Wildcats play the East Duplin Panthers (Beulaville, NC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Richlands will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Panthers come into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 30-28 non-league win over Clinton (Clinton, NC).
