The crowd at Friday's league test between the George County Rebels (Lucedale, MS) and the visiting Hancock Hawks (Kiln, MS), saw George County's soccer squad triumph over Hancock by a count of 8-1.
The Rebels now hold a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Pearl River Central for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 12.
With the loss, Hancock drops to 2-7 on the season. The Hawks host West Harrison (Gulfport, MS) to meet the Hurricanes in a 6A Region 4 test on Tuesday, December 12. The Hurricanes come into the test with a record of 3-2. West Harrison lost 4-3 in their recent league test against Long Beach (Long Beach, MS)
