The Denair Coyotes basketball team scored 55 points and held the host Delhi Hawks to 24 in the Coyotes non-league triumph on Friday.

The Coyotes now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Big Valley Christian for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 9. Denair will battle a Lions team coming off a 54-43 non-league win over Waterford (Waterford, CA). The Lions record now stands at 3-1.

The Hawks (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Turlock Christian (Turlock, CA). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Turlock Christian triumphed over Orestimba (Newman, CA), 42-32, in a non-league contest.
