The Boquet Valley Griffins (Elizabethtown, NY) basketball were winner over the visiting Willsboro Central Warriors (Willsboro, NY), 61-42 in Monday's non-league bout.

The Griffins now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Crown Point for a Section 7 Mountain Valley bout on Thursday, December 11. Boquet Valley will play a Panthers team coming off a 42-39 non-league loss to Warrensburg (Warrensburg, NY). The Panthers record now stands at 0-3.

With the loss, Willsboro Central falls to 0-1 on the campaign.
