Ohio High School Basketball - Avon Lake nudges Berea-Midpark

In Friday's league outing, the Avon Lake Shoremen (Avon Lake, OH) basketball squad edged the host Berea-Midpark Titans (Berea, OH), by a margin of 80-73.

The Shoremen (3-0) will now prepare for their outing against Avon (Avon, OH). The Eagles go into the Southwestern outing with a 2-0 record. In their last outing, Avon held off Elyria (Elyria, OH), 66-46, in a league outing.

The Titans now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to University School for a non-league outing on Saturday, December 10. Berea-Midpark will clash with a Preppers squad coming off a 63-44 non-league win over Warrensville Heights (Warrensville, OH). The Preppers record now stands at 3-1.
