The Perkins Pirates basketball team (Sandusky, OH), was nudged 64-59 in Friday's league battle with the host Bellevue Redmen (Bellevue, OH)
The Redmen now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Vermilion for a Sandusky Bay - Lake battle on Saturday, December 17.
The Pirates (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Willard (Willard, OH). The Crimson Flashes come into the non-league battle with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, Willard edged Port Clinton (Port Clinton, OH), 61-56, in a league battle.
