The Gaylord Blue Devils basketball team (Gaylord, MI), was overwhelmed 43-20 in Friday's league battle with the host Cadillac Vikings (Cadillac, MI)
The Vikings now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Midland for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 13. Cadillac will battle a Chemics team coming off a 58-50 league loss to Bay City Western (Auburn, MI). The Chemics record now stands at 0-2.
The Blue Devils (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Hillman (Hillman, MI). The Tigers come into the non-league battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, Hillman trounced Alcona (Lincoln, MI), 59-57, in a league battle.
