The Catholic Central Hilltoppers basketball team (Burlington, WI), was overwhelmed 72-32 in Friday's league battle with the visiting St. Joseph Lancers (Kenosha, WI)

The Lancers now possess a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Martin Luther for a Metro Classic battle on Tuesday, December 13. St. Joseph will confront a Spartans team coming off a 77-48 league loss to St. Catherine's (Racine, WI). The Spartans record now stands at 1-3.

The Hilltoppers (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against The Prairie School (Racine, WI). The Hawks come into the Metro Classic battle with a 2-3 record. In their last battle, The Prairie School was overwhelmed by St. Thomas More (Milwaukee, WI), 86-53, in a league battle.
