Iowa Falls-Alden Cadets (Iowa Falls, IA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Clarion-Goldfield/DOWS (Clarion, IA), 66-36 in a league bout.

With the win, Iowa Falls-Alden upgrades its record to 1-3 on the season. The Cadets travel to Algona (Algona, IA) to clash with the Bulldogs in a North Central bout on Friday, December 16. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 2-2.

Next up, the clash with the Garner-Hayfield/Ventura Cardinals (Garner, IA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 10. Clarion-Goldfield/DOWS will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Cardinals go into the bout with a 4-0 record after their 70-18 league win over Belmond-Klemme (Belmond, IA).
